Nine years ago, in the heart of Cheyenne, Wyoming, Mama Boo’s Kitchen began as a small dream — to bring the warmth of Korean home cooking to the high plains. It started in a cozy kitchen, where Mama Boo taught Korean cooking classes to curious locals eager to learn the flavors behind dishes like kimchi, bibimbap, and japchae. Those first gatherings were filled with laughter, stories, and the rich aroma of garlic, sesame oil, and gochugaru.
What began as a way to share culture and connection quickly grew into something bigger — a community. Over the years, Mama Boo’s Kitchen has become a familiar face at local markets, sharing handcrafted kimchi, sauces, and Korean comfort foods made with love and tradition.
Today, you can find us at the Cheyenne Summer and Winter Farmers Markets, the Laramie Summer Farmers Market, and The Wild Bison in downtown Laramie — still sharing that same spirit of home, one jar at a time.
Because at Mama Boo’s Kitchen, food isn’t just about flavor — it’s about family, heart, and the joy of bringing people together.
